Paper Submission

Technical Session

All submissions to IWAC must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for acceptance to the workshop:

• IWAC is soliciting papers for Academic and Interchange Tracks. Authors may choose the appropriate Track depending on the objective.
  

  Academic Track:

  Paper selection will be based on a full paper which must NOT exceed 8 (A4 size) pages. Abstracts will NOT be accepted.

  • Accepted papers will be published in the J-Stage database
    (DOI assigned and indexed in Google Scholar).
  • Selected high-quality papers will be nominated for the "Transactions of the Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences" published by the Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences (JSASS).

  Interchange Track:

  Non-academic presentations such as introduction of a project/product, proposal for aircraft operations/supporting technologies, etc. are invited to submit a draft manuscript which must NOT exceed 1 (A4 size) page.

• Papers must be submitted electronically via the Workshop’s Online Submission System (click the Manage Submissions below).
• All submitted papers (both Academic and Interchange Track) must follow the templates for IWAC2022.

Note that the online paper submission system will not allow submissions after the deadline.
